Directions
Adults- take 1 Tbsp per day. For specific use with cold or flu, take 1 Tbsp, 4 times a day, for 3-5 days.
Children over 1 year- take 1 tsp per day. For specific use with cold or flu, take 1 Tbsp, 2 times a day, for 3 days.
Store in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 1 year.
Contrainications
Do not use if you have allergies to plants in the Sambucaceae, Caprifoliaceae, or Lauraceae families. Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been established.
Not intended for use with babies under 1 year old. This product contains honey, which when ingested by a child under 1 year can lead to a serious condition known as infant botulism.
