Directions
Pour 6 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp of the herb blend and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain and enjoy before mindfulness and meditation practices. Store in a cool, dry place.
Contraindications
Do not use if you have allergies to plants in the Asteraceae or Lamiaceae families. One or more of the herbs in this blend are not suggested for use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or for men having fertility issues.
Caution: Yarrow naturally contains thujone, do not use with other herbs that also contain thujone. Calendula has a mild sedative action which could increase the effect of other sedative herbs, or prescription sedatives like benzodiazepines or CNS depressants.
